When it is harvested, the tree it comes from is not destroyed. Instead, the cork oak tree has a thick outer layer that can be peeled off every 9 years. Cork flooring is also very durable, water resistant, easy to clean, and comfortable to walk on. Finally it makes a unique statement in any room, whether it be a kitchen, playroom, or living room!
